WR Electrical Pty Ltd trading as was established in 2000. The company was founded by owner and Managing Director Brendan Read, whose drive and determination has transformed Affinity into the successful award winning company it is today.
Affinity acquired Trevor Keyes Electrical in 2001, which had held a successful maintenance contract with Total Care for the past 12 years. This contract and Trevor Keyes qualities of modesty and hard work, fantastic work ethic, combined with the prompt and reliable service provided continued on to Affinity Electrical.
In 2006 Affinity purchased Terry Freebody and Associates who was the primary service contract for Australian National University Facilities and Services division and also worked a great deal for other areas of the ANU and its grounds. Affinity Electrical Technologies is now at the helm of all electrical maintenance and installation work on the Australian National University grounds.
With these two acquisitions and our commitment to quality tradesmanship and service Affinity has been able to grown from a single electrician to a service staff of 36 in 8 years, while maintaining the high standards and commitments we promise.
